New Graduate Program for speech pathologists and occupational therapists

Alpaca offers a staged new graduate program which spans over 12 months to ensure the graduate has all the supports needed to launch them into a successful, meaningful, and fulfilling career.

The program will educate and upskill graduate clinicians to become skilled in a diverse range of cases and gain experience within the profession. The curriculum will cover all aspects of disability therapy, including working with people with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, dementia, and more. The program will also help expand skills in customer service and client communication.
All allied-health students and graduates who wish to join our new graduate program must take note of our core values, as this is what we believe develops our graduates into great allied health professionals within their therapeutic profession.
If you join our graduate program, you become part of the Alpaca team. You’ll receive full support and mentoring through 1:1 sessions and shadowing with our highly experienced staff members who will teach you everything they know to help you gain well-rounded experience for your career.
